David offers in-person appointments once a week on Thursdays at 5513 Twin Knolls Rd, Suite 220, Columbia, MD 21045. On all other days, sessions are held via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

David is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare for psychiatric medication management and short-term psychotherapy.

Long-term psychotherapy is offered on an out-of-network basis.

Availability varies based on the service requested and current practice capacity. Please contact David to inquire about current availability for a specific service.

For out-of-network clients, the intake appointment fee is $250. Follow-up visits are $200 for 45 minutes and $125 for 15–25 minutes.
